We provide our clients with the resources and information they need to make the important decisions regarding their estate plan and work closely with them to design and estate plan that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
We help our clients establish an estate plan
to provide for the disposition of their assets. Depending on the circumstances, the estate plan may involve the preparation of a will, financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and/or a trust. A will and a trust both provide for the disposition of assets after death. But a trust has the advantage of avoiding the probate process. A financial power of attorney allows our clients to name someone to handle their property if they become incapacitated and a health care power of attorney allows our clients to appoint someone to direct their medical care if they are unable to do so for themselves.
